We are getting to the point where finding people that are accountable will be rare…yet, it doesn’t do you any evil to choose to be on/in the ACCOUNTABLE Team.
Two-faced people are scary to look at. For one, both faces won’t look the same, that’s why they are two-faced in the first place. If their faces give different meaning, how will you cope being in partnership or business with such a one? But like M. Monroe said “sweetie, if you are going to be two-faced, atleast make one pretty.”
My thoughts today are on people, systems that are accountable/not. The truth will help you improve what’s on ground or encourage you to do more. Are you accountable?
