I wrote the this 2 years back in November. Not sure why I didn’t post it but I read it out and posted. So for those of you who like to read, what do you love like?
I love music like the way the heart loves air
like a patch of blue on red that makes one stare…
like the known voice of a lover who isn’t there
yet every reminder says to you, “I care!”
I love music like the aroma of good food
whose thoughts makes you salivate like good should
conjuring images whose anticipation feels really good
giving you satisfaction like you knew it would!
I love music like an unplanned touch of a lover
that reveals your feelings held under cover…
making you nod to its rhythm as you grow fonder,
listening to its’ blend as in amazement wonder.
I love music like a child who loves to giggle
and scream with laughter at every tickle…
for its ability to make me respond and toes wiggle…
and the atmosphere that allows us dance and mingle!
